બેશરમીની હદ વટાવીને કેટલાક લોકોએ વિરાટ કોહલી અને અનુષ્કા શર્માની 9 મહિનાની બાળકી પર બળાત્કાર કરવાની ધમકી આપી.
કારણ? ભારતીય ક્રિકેટ ટીમનો કેપ્ટન કોહલી પોતાની જ ટીમના ખેલાડી મોહમ્મદ શમીને સપોર્ટ કરી રહ્યો છે.
કોહલીએ ધર્મના આધારે ભેદભાવને ખોટો ગણાવ્યો અને મોહમ્મદ શમીનું સમર્થન કર્યું. 24 ઓક્ટોબરે દુબઈ ઈન્ટરનેશનલ ક્રિકેટ સ્ટેડિયમમાં ભારતને પાકિસ્તાને હરાવ્યું હતું. આ પછી લોકોએ શમીને તેના ધર્મ પર બોલતા ટ્રોલ કરવાનું શરૂ કર્યું.
આ ઘટનાના લગભગ એક અઠવાડિયા પછી, કેપ્ટન કોહલીએ શમીને સમર્થન આપ્યું. ભાગ્યે જ કોહલીએ વિચાર્યું હશે કે આ પછી તેણે શું જોવું પડશે. કેટલાક લોકોથી આ સહન ન થયું અને તેઓએ ઇન્ટરનેટ પર ખરાબ લખવાનું શરૂ કર્યું. માત્ર કોહલીની પત્ની અનુષ્કા પર જ નિશાન સાધવામાં આવ્યું ન હતું, ટ્રોલોએ તેમની નાની છોકરી માટે પણ ખરાબ લખ્યું હતું.
